AI-Frontiers ([COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [LICENCE DETAILS], [ADDRESS], Dubai, UAE) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
What we collect
- Enquiry details you give us: name, email, mobile number, who the programme is for, how often you use AI, organisation and group size (if relevant), your preferred contact method and your message.
- Programme finder answers when you send them with an enquiry.
- Chat conversations: questions you type into the website assistant and its answers, saved to help us improve our answers. Please do not type sensitive personal information into the chat.
- Basic technical data: the page you came from, campaign tags (such as utm_source), your browser type, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address used only to stop spam. We do not store your raw IP address.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and recommend the right programme.
- To arrange calls, send brochures and manage your booking.
- If you agree, to send you news about programmes and events. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- In future, to set up your learner account, using the details you gave us.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run AI-Frontiers (for example our website host and email provider), under confidentiality, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to [24 months] after our last contact with you, unless you become a learner, in which case we keep it for as long as needed to provide your programme and certificate.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop marketing messages, by emailing hello@ai-frontiers.academy.
